You choose your life. Stuff happens. But how you live with it, through it, in spite of it, it's all up to you. Every day. You choose what inspires you; you choose to be inspired. You try to be a blessing to others; you can be a blessing to yourself.
To be well means just that. Be well, then do the things your wellness calls for. Then you will have well-being. It's a lifestyle. It's fun. It feels good. (So, it's not hard.)
There is no substitute for you in your life.

"Don't tell me where your priorities are. Show me what you spend your money on, and I will tell you what they are." Quote by Random Man. I'd like to add "Show me what you spend your time on, too." Major clue to your priorities.

Actually, who are you not to be? ...Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you." Marianne Williamson

"We don't see things as they are, we see them as we are." Anais Nin
